Order Processing

    •    Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after they are placed.

    •    You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

    •    Expect delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.


Partial Shipments

    •    Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on inventory availability.

    •    You’ll only be charged once, and each shipment will include a tracking number.


Issues, Damages & Lost Packages

    •    Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.

    •    For any items that are damaged or incorrect, contact us at JBDESIIGNER@GMAIL.COM within 7 days of delivery, including photos.

    •    If your package is lost or does not arrive, reach out to us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

    •    We’ll work with carriers to track the issue and assist you promptly.


Shipping Delays

    •    While we always work hard to meet timelines, external factors like carrier delays or holidays may cause occasional shipping delays.

    •    If your delivery is running significantly behind schedule, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
